Abstract :
This paper illustrates a comprehensive architectural approach aimed at globally managing complex service network environments. ARACNE is a comprehensive framework formed by a number of co-working modules and a set of paradigms and protocols. Some first implementation issues are presented as a guarantee of the achievability of the framework
