Abstract :
Analysing performance data to find the necessary information about the present condition of the communication network and hidden faults is difficult, because of the huge amount of performance data produced by the network. This paper proposes and evaluates the effectiveness of an algorithm which is capable of detecting abnormal deviations in time dependent network performance data. The proposed algorithm is trainable to improve its deviation detection quality.
