Abstract :
Vane in tubular pump unit is one of the factors affecting its hydraulic performance. Study guide vanes of configuration effect on the performance of tubular pump unit. First of all, proceeding from the particularity of tubular pump blades, study their impact on hydraulic characteristics. And then by CFD method to compare the effects of, find the optimal configuration. Analysis under different flow guide vane on the flow and lift of tubular pump unit, power and efficiency of relationships study guide blade on hydrodynamic performance of tubular pump. Final of the experimental verification of effect of guide vanes was adopted on the hydraulic performance improvement. After finding the configuration and optimization guide vane can improve the efficiency of tubular pump unit about 5% than traditional ones.
