Abstract :
A regional environmental data center is a facility for the centralization, integration, dissemination and analysis of a wide range of environmental data which otherwise remain isolated in the hands of the individual or organization collecting the data. The development and use of such facilities can reduce cost, errors and facilitate the integration of a variety of data sources into a more comprehensive and complete picture of areas of interest
