  • Abstract
    The convergence error measurement and the control system for an automatic ITC (integrated tube component) adjustment system for a colour TV set are described. In the convergence measurement, a simple operator is used for the feature extraction, and a rule-based filter to classify the effective features from a number of redundant features is proposed. For convergence adjustment control, an inverse model and search-based control is proposed. The proposed structure and algorithm are tested in real automated environments. Experimental results show that the Jacobian-based control algorithm works well for a practical industrial environment
