Abstract
Future multimedia network services will provide integrated voice, graphics, text and video seamlessly on integrated transport networks. Key issues in this new paradigm are the need for application interoperability and quality of service. Issues of transport requirements and access networks have been investigated and a generic architecture for multimedia network services is described
