Abstract :
The ESSDERC Conference constitutes the most important European forum for research and development of semiconductor devices and technology. Representatives from industry, research centres and universities located all over the world gather for about a week to discuss recent developments and future trends in silicon IC and compound semiconductors technology and devices, modelling and characterisation. Packaging, as well as sensors, actuators and displays are also part of the programme.
