  • Abstract
The burning furnace heat transfer was analyzed by using one-dimensional model, the main research is to study the heat flux influence of furnace baffle to drying section of grate, due to factors of waste into the furnace of high water, the low calorific value, waste composition changes with the seasonal. The specific arrangement of the furnace structure has an important influence on stable combustion of waste. The total heat flux change law has conducted from three aspects of radiation from the baffle, flue gas radiation and convection. When the baffle angle is 22.5°, the total heat flux to drying section waste layer reached summit and the shortest drying time was required.
