Abstract :
Current control loops that do not disturb the control operation even at the transient state are added to a controlled-voltage vector control scheme originally based on a motor voltage model. Any defects in the motor voltage model-vector control scheme are almost completely removed. Calculations and comparisons of the steady-state characteristics and the simulations of the transient characteristics are described for the vector control schemes. Also, some characteristics related to the change of stator and rotor winding resistances at several motor speed values are experimentally determined.<>
