Abstract :
The approach for creation of fuzzy knowledge base of intellectual control systems for information communication networks and service is proposed in this paper. This approach consists of two phases: structure creation and membership function parameters adjustments. The proposed approach allows accelerating the fuzzy knowledge base creation.
