Abstract :
The problems in information-telecommunication networks are analyzed in the paper. The APL programming language interpreter development as a client-server application necessity is justified. It can be used for solving telecommunication problems. The authors stress some aspects of interpreter´s realization in telecommunication sphere for reducing material input.
