Abstract :
“China Renewable Energy Law Amendment” has established “renewable energy renewable energy full and security acquisition mechanism”. This mechanism has replaced “renewable energy renewable energy full acquisition mechanism” which can not be effective implemented. This article will analyze the reasons of the new mechanism established from the angle of stakeholders such as government, power grid enterprise, electricity power enterprise. And then this article will analyze the obfuscations of implementing of renewable energy power full and security acquisition mechanism. The obfuscations include that power grid enterprises are short of dynamics to receive electrical quantity of renewable energy and the shorting of a fair and effective supervision mechanism to provide power grid enterprise and electricity power enterprise with third part supervision. After that this article will give some suggestions to try to sort out these problems.
