Abstract :
Responding to global climate change, the development of low carbon energy technologies are preferred by all countries. Comparing high carbon energy with low carbon energy, the later technologies are proved to be the basis of achieving low carbon development and transformation in economic society. New paths and methods are needed to develop low carbon energy and break its constraints. In this paper, effective path selections, such as increasing the investment in R&D, accelerating industrialization, strengthening the policy guidance efforts of governments and giving play to the resource allocation function of the market, are proposed. All above mentioned can promote the development of low carbon energy technologies effectively.
