Abstract :
To study the representation of users´ tacit knowledge, a novel approach of image scale was proposed. From industrial design, the users´ tacit knowledge and design knowledge were explored. The transforming model of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge was put forward. Taken the glasses form design as an example, protocol analysis and semantic differential method etc. were adopted to analyze the acquisition and representation of users´ tacit knowledge and design knowledge, manifest the tacit knowledge and test the model so as to improve the computer-aided glass design system
