  • Abstract
The distribution of physical fields in the vicinity of a crack tip is the subject of investigations on the influence of the fields on material fracture. The results for the electromagnetic field at the tip of a crack in a homogeneous and isotropic dielectric are presented throughout the paper. It is a part of investigations on the influence of electromagnetic fields on the propagation of cracks existing in dielectric materials.
