Abstract :
Ergonomic evaluation of industrial design products is inevitably requested because of the extensive use of ergonomics in industrial design. The appraise frame of the system and the mathematics model are built by the divide layers of fuzzy appraisal algorithms. The method of investigating and recognizing is used to attain the membership function and weight of each factor vector. The first class of factor vector including gauge shape, alignment method and so on is built, according to man-machine interactive access of fascia; then the second class of factor vector including appearance dial, character list, point needle, the color matches etc. Microsoft Visual C++6.0 is used to evaluate the system of the car instrument panel design
