Aim at the actuality of badly lag of directive data transmission, badly reality of VRML format transmission, and incapable of modification to concretely structure, this paper develops quadratic exploitation based on Unigraphics soft through UG/Open API, makes it into realism when someone in cooperative net have forwardly modified the materials structure, then the operate instruction which has made on structure be transmitted to the other computer, so the materials structure in this computer can be automatically modified as in that computer, thus to make the real-time cooperation into reality
