Abstract :
At present the development of China talent market information system cannot satisfy the requirements of talent market. This is attributable to the technique bases, which are adopted in almost all talent websites and its management system, and they are only Web and database techniques. It is one of the most important tasks of constructing talent market information system how to effectively solve the problems that exist in the process of applying for a job and inviting applications for a job. This paper introduces a distributed multimedia network information service system of talent market (DMNISSTM), which is the first integrated application of distributed database, multimedia database, audio/video codec, multimedia communication and data mining in talent market. DMNISSTM, which adopts the general framework that C/S mode and B/S mode share multimedia database, not only implements data share among all sub-systems, but also first creates multimedia resume and long-distance video-interview and real-time evaluation. Besides, this paper also puts forward the key techniques of talent market.
