Abstract :
In this paper the investigation of the statistical parameters of the quasi-random generator implemented within the linear feedback shift register (LFSR) has been considered. Obtained results allow to develop the methodic of the experiment for investigating the flow chippers from the viewpoint of the differential analysis of apparatus faults.
