Abstract :
MgO quasi one-dimension nanostructures were synthesized via a novel thermal evaporation method, which the temperature of the substrates was higher than that of the evaporation source. The field emission property of MgO nanorods film had been studied and the results displayed that the MgO nanorods film had potential application in field emission device.
