Abstract
Two variants of microstrip band-pass filters with parasitic bandwidths suppression are considered in this paper. In the first case multiple filter bandwidths are suppressed due to compact structure with characteristics of low-pass filter whose parasitic bandwidths are not multiple to basic structure band-widths. In the second case parasitic bandwidths are suppressed due to the use of ring fractal resonator. Simulation and experimental results are discussed.
