  • Abstract
    The problem of growing single crystals having the guaranteed structural and physical parameters from the melt is considered. The two-dimensional axial symmetrical model of the processes of single crystal growing from the melt by Chokralski´s method as the system of partial differential equations, methods for solving the system, of equations of the mathematical model, analyses of advantages and disadvantages of this model, ways of transition to the stochastic model which more adequately takes into account the complex influence of physico-chemical processes not included in the model are given.
