Abstract :
The paper reports unique design and engineering solutions, which have made possible subminiature oscillator modules for millimeter-wave therapy. The feasibility of the electro-forming-based manufacturing and assembly of quasimonolithic waveguide devices without butt joints is demonstrated. It is shown that it is possible to join different materials and build requisite products into waveguide structures using electroforming.
