Abstract
The peculiarities of matching digital filtration of chirp-signals in the time domain are studied in this work. The advantages of this kind of processing in comparison to the processing on fast convolution in the frequency domain are demonstrated. A choice of parameters of the long and short chirp-signals and smoothing windows has been studied to increase the ratio of the main lobe to side lobes of convolutions. This choice was carried out with the use of computer simulation and results shown in this paper.
