Abstract :
The calculations of spectral characteristics of the GaxIn1-xAsySb1-y asymmetric multiple-quantum-well heterostructures with inhomogeneous excitation of quantum wells are presented. The availability of a wide flat spectrum of a wave-guide gain is shown.
