Abstract
To solve dynamic modification consistency of production plan and scheduling for equipment manufacturing enterprises, the integrated production mode combining CPM (critical path method), MRPII with JIT is presented. And connecting dynamic assignment and regulating mechanism restricted by the resources and time, a functional feedback model of multilayer production plan is constructed. A parallel production operational mechanism based on workflow management is advanced to guarantee product manufacturing flexibility and plan modification consistency. Finally, the model is proved reasonable and effective by structure design and realization of an integrated production management system executing in a locomotive enterprise
