Resources integration based onweb service and multi-agent in regional networked manufacturing system

Resources integration is a key and difficult problem in networked manufacturing system. The trait of the resources and the importance and necessity of resources integration in networked manufacturing system are analyzed, and the difficulty for resources integration is proposed. Many traditional methods for resources integration are introduced, such as COM, DCOM, CORBA and JavaBean, and so on, and the defaults of these methods for resources integration are discussed. A three-layered approach based on Web service and multi-agent technology for resource integration is presented according to the investigation and the real require form the enterprise in the Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang regional networked manufacturing system. Finally, the prototype system for resources integration is established and its running interfaces are shown to demonstrate the approach is feasible and efficient
