Abstract :
The cubic nonlinear theory of the electron-wave two-stream free electron lasers (FEL) with H-ubitron injection is constructed. The analysis for the amplification saturation levels is carried out. The considered devices could have the saturation levels similar with an equivalent parametrical FEL but for essentially smaller lengths of the saturation. Good prospects for practical use of the given systems as amplifiers of electromagnetic waves in the mm-IR range are found.
