Discussion on context participation in the process of expression conceiving and receiving

Conceiving, expressing and receiving should be considered by the W-words $when and where. Both context factors with no doubt put impact on the subject and object of conceiving. That´s why the expresser must choose the way of conceiving and expressing by context; and the receiver for the same reason must receive equivalently and increased; even revaluation can be done. It means the restriction of semantic scope, the complement of extra meanings of words and the tracking of a second time agreement. Borrowing ideas from the contextual concepts of rhetoric, pragmatics, considering the connections among conceiving, expressing and receiving, the final goal of communication can be achieved
