Abstract :
This paper presents an application of the new standard of VHDL language: VHDL-AMS in the field of magnetic microsensors modelling. In the following article three different magnetic field sensors have been demonstrated. Three models, described in two different languages: HDLA and VHDL-AMS, have been considered. ELDO-ANACAD and Spice models of above mentioned devices have been discussed and compared. In a conclusions comparison of the HDLA and VHDL-AMS languages have been presented.
