Abstract :
Autodyne oscillator designs have been considered in hybrid-integrated structure on the base of planar transmission lines: -FM autodyne structure have been developed for 8-mm wavelength with the power budget not less than 60 dB on FD = 1 kHz at output power level 0,05 -2,0 mW, supply voltage up to 5 V and current up to 120 mA (in Gunn diode circuit) within the frequency bandwidth not less than 600 MHz tuned by electric signal; -autodyne design is developed tuned on the fixed frequencies in 5 mm waveband with the power budget not less that 63 dB, output power level up to 0,6 mW and consumption current less that 60 mA.
