Abstract :
Summary form only given. The authors describe how the lack of means for laboratory practical work, re-equipment with the up-to-date apparatus, improvement of independent student activity at learning educational disciplines and the increase of training capabilities through the Internet has promoted the creation of virtual laboratory practical work in the discipline of solid-state electronics. Such laboratory practical work consists of 9 laboratory activities. It is intended for analysis of solid-state electronics properties.
