Abstract :
A basic opportunity of maintenance of technology of plants raising for biofuel (as an example is rape) for various climatic zones of Ukraine with the help of regulation of its development physiological cycles due to cultivation mm-lengths of waves, in a combination with structured water is shown. The seeds of rape were preceded by electromagnetic waves of frequency 42 and 53 Hz renders stimulating influence on their germination. After electromagnetic waves influence on the seeds the rape root system becomes more active growing. It is necessary to continue works on record of enzymes on field structures of water.
