Abstract :
Proposed in this paper is the simplified method for estimation of free water using the dependence between the real parts of complex permittivity for liquid medium and pure water. It is shown that at relative measurements the method reflects the changes of free water content in liquid media with high accuracy, subject to the influence on organism.
