Abstract :
This paper presents the analysis and simulation of a three-phase AC/DC converter employing a new full-bridge current injection series resonant technique for power supply application. This new topology offers high switching frequency operation with converter´s loss is kept at minimum through the use of zero-voltage switching technique. Furthermore, the input current is inherently close to sinusoidal due to the current injection PWM technique resulting in high-power-factor operation. A good agreement was obtained between prediction and detailed simulation results.
