  • Abstract
    Web Bulletin Board System has first appeared and provided a space for people to share opinions and information freely on web service. These days, public institutions, the press, firms and even personal internet websites use various types of Bulletin Board system. But, the system of current Bulletin Board hasn´t improved at all for a long time using interface developed in 90s. They are not made using latest web techniques so that a speed of the system is very slow as well. To keep the pace with the era of smart mobile when the newest web techniques such as Ajax and CSS3 are used, this writing will suggest and body out the new Bulletin Board service which can interwork with varied platforms. Plus, Cassandra, one of NoSQL databases, improves concurrent accessibility for multi-users, and makes a big date process possible. The proposed technique will be able to provide effective service to various platforms by offering 500% faster use of writing, deleting and loading.
