The design and implementation of Web-based instruction system for high school - WISH and executing status

This study designs and implements a learning management system - the WISH (Web-based instruction system for high school). With the friendly interface, complete functions, and plentiful materials, the WISH provides an Internet learning environment of good quality to high schools´ teachers and students. A series of experiments is conducted in 5 high schools with 38 courses. The results of student questionnaire and teacher visit are presented to provide useful reference in using the WISH platform as instruction aiding system.
