Abstract

This article analyzes network management system based on C/S and B/S architecture. Incorporating with advantages of two types of architecture, a design idea is brought up for building a network management system based on J2EE and RIA technology. Major common functions for network management system are designed and realized through research and analysis of data transmission mechanism among each layer under new architecture, which improve such imperfect aspects of existing network management system related to deployment and operation etc. Feasibility and superiority of a network management system based on J2EE and RIA technology is fully demonstrated.
