Wind power as a kind of renewable clean energy source, which has a very important significance for energy conservation and social efficiency. But now, wind power development has not yet formed a complete system, and there are different kinds of risks exist in wind power project development process. This paper conduct a detailed study for this, analyzes the risk factors including natural disaster risks, technology risks, economic risks, and policy risks in four aspects, then construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and use the model in a wind power project on risk assessment, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model.
