Abstract :
Mobile technology extends accessibility to Internet and intranet anytime and anywhere, thus enabling more novel forms of interactions to emerge in learning activities. Learning content is important in various learning scenarios. However, even a perfect learning material still must be matched with an appropriate learning activity. Thus, learning content involves learning activity plus appropriate material for use in that activity based on T.W. Chan (2004). To construct the content development infrastructure, this study proposed a supporting framework and system for learning content development.
