Abstract :
The design model behind software development is crucial for the result. Successful digital learning tool should meet the needs of the learner in different situations. Formative development model (FODEM) gives us utensils to create new learning tools. This paper is a concrete example of FODEM in action. We analyze how FODEM has been used in the development of digital learning tool LEAP.
