Abstract :
Applied fuzzy algorithm to a given situation assessment in unconventional emergency management process, and given concepts of situation assessment in unconventional emergency management, and analyzed the mechanism of situation assessment in the emergency management, and describes the situation assessment process. Situation assessment model is established, and establish evaluation matrix of subordinate function.
