Abstract :
Efficient emergency disposal can rapidly restore communications, thus reduce the property loss and casualties. we merge case-based reasoning with the emergency disposal of the traffic accidents in regional highway network. The case-based reasoning system is divided into four parts: case representation, case retrieval, case revision, case learning. we first set up case base of emergency disposal of the traffic accidents through selecting the previous cases. After a traffic accident happened, we retrieve the matched cases according to a predefined similarity function which evaluates the degree of similarity of each case in the case base. We deal with the traffic accident after the user revised the most similar case with the traffic accident information and his experience of the emergency disposal. Finally we learn the cases including adding or revising or deleting cases.
