Abstract :
Nowadays, the major mine accidents have happened often and the situation of work safety is still very severe in China. In this paper, a support system of dynamic emergency management and decision in mine is proposed, which is based on mechanisms and characteristics of the accidents and the disasters caused by accidents. The system includes mine identification of potential hazards, monitoring of mine ventilation and fire prevention, mine safety information, mine rescue and relief command, mine emergency rescue decision and so on, and then the mine hazard identification, safety monitoring and control, safety management, mine emergency response and the other aspects will be combined perfectly. So it will get basis for the prevention of disasters and accidents in advance, a safe, rapid and effective emergency response for rescue and relief after the accidents and minimize casualties, property damage and environmental damage, and opens up new avenues for reasonable and scientific safety management in coal mine.
