Abstract :
Wireless applications need more and more integration of the antennas, involving reduction of size and simplicity of processes. New technologies such as MID (molded interconnect device) offer an easy way to integrate three-dimensional shape antennas in small modules. This paper describes a simple structure broken into different configurations which present small dimensions and isotropic gain in the whole space. The coverage of the entire space can be very efficient for most wireless devices. This structure is also intended to be used as a very compact field sensor, without need of complex active part.
