  • Abstract
    The experimental results are presented for a low speed flux focusing magnetic gear utilizing ferrite magnets. The performance of this ferrite magnetic gear is compared with a hybrid magnet magnetic gear with NdFeB magnets on the inner rotor and ferrite magnets on the outer rotor. The peak torque and efficiency is measured.
