  • Abstract
In recent years, emergency management in China has been put on a severe test owing to multiple emergency incidents. This paper carries on empirical research by taking the case of three large earthquakes in China, and establishes the evaluation system of emergency management performance based on DEA model, using its advantages of quantification and objectification, which suggests that our government has paid full attention to advancing the emergency management system, and the capacity of emergency management is gradually improving.
