Abstract

After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this statistical analysis, 85 enterprises above scale in Ningbo Plastic Machinery industrial cluster were selected as the samples, each enterprise operating performance statistical indexes of 2008 were as the size to judge the cluster enterprise risk, and software SPSS13.0 is used for logistic regression analysis. The main conclusions are obtained: The general intensity of the linkages between the enterprises in industrial clusters helps reduce the network risk; The good support network plays an important role in reducing the risk of cluster; The good external social environment and cultural atmosphere is good for reducing the risk of industrial clusters, and this effect is enhanced gradually.
