Abstract
Many different approaches on quality management, quality assurance, and quality assessment have been developed in recent years. These approaches are based on varied interpretations of quality on the one hand and different aspects of education on the other hand. The EQO model described here is a basic analysis framework based on a metadata scheme offering a systematic method to localise and adapt those approaches for users´ special needs.
