Abstract :
As a result of the development of mobile communication various kinds of new services have become accessible, thus new requirements are appearing on billing. The simplicity of the classic time based charging is a thing of the past. A calculation model is needed that fills the requirements of present days, looks into the future and is able to be customized for services unknown at the present time. We made a description of optional charging methods possible. Our new model can be customized with parameters. It can be easily converted into efficient calculation forms because of its settled structure and it´s applicable for both online and offline charging in order to help integrate them
